This script was mainly made for the ''Purge Memory and Disk Cache'' command, so I dropped a light version where there's just 1 single button.

User guide: Just select the Position or Rotation or othe property of a layer and click WIGGLATELI. Select between 2 keyframes and click LOOPATELI to make a loop from them.
